An Update from Trevor & Colin

Trevor: It's good. I like my teacher and my friends in class. It is good in general. I really like that in school we're doing computer a lot more. I still don't like how hot it is here but I like that it rains a lot. At night it gets somewhat cooler and it feels really nice lying down and sleeping. I found this cool game called "Chibi Knight". It's on the computer. I really am looking forward to seeing how this year progresses and I can't wait to go to HK for Christmas. I really want to get to hear from everyone on my birthday, in letters, on g-mail...I dunno.

Colin: I like how it is almost sunny every day here and we get to go to the pool more. We go out for dinner a lot here. I'm looking forward to goin' to China (HK) because I want to see what it is like when I'm not a baby and I want to see what Hong Kong looks like. Daddy said there are better toys there. In Seattle I miss all my good, good friends and I'm looking forward to getting back to Seattle someday. Goodnight.

  1. Trevor, I'm glad that you get to do more with computers. Are they PCs? It will be good for you to learn how to use them (even though they aren't nearly as nice) as well as Macs. It's definitely cool that you're going to HK for Christmas. I'm excited for you to see where you were born! I think you find it interesting how different it is from Vietnam.

You too Colin, it will be a lot of fun to get to know about the place where you started life. I hope you'll visit Matilda Hospital. You like the warm weather and swimming there in Saigon and so do I. It's hard when you mis your friends but Grandad and I are happy that you're traveling and seeing more of the world than most boys your age.
